How to locate your products serial number (SN) (Enterprise)
The serial number (SN) of all DJI Enterprise aircrafts can be found in two places: on the sticker inside the battery compartment and / or on the nose of the aircraft.
The serial number (SN) of all DJI Enterprise Payloads can be found in two places: from the label on the arm of the gimbal and / or on the rear of the camera shell.
To get the serial number (SN) of an aircraft battery: scan the QR code on the battery or check directly below the QR code.
To get the serial number (SN) of a controller: scan the QR code on the back of the remote controller or check directly below the QR code.
