- I confirm the product information is correct and have backed up all data. I understand any data, accessories, or microSD cards may be lost or not returned, and D1 Store is not responsible for data loss.
- This submission is for initial assessment only and does not guarantee warranty approval. The product and information provided are subject to evaluation by D1 Store or the manufacturer.
- I understand products may be replaced with refurbished or new goods with different serial numbers. Water-damaged products will receive replacement service instead of repair.
- I authorise D1 Store and DJI to store and process my flight logs, contact information, and device data as necessary for service.
- I consent to D1 Store contacting me by phone, email, or other means regarding our repair services, product updates, and related communications.
