- Assessment: Once we receive your drone, we'll provide an assessment within a few business days
- Quote & Approval: We'll send you a repair quote and proceed once payment has been received (or if warranty is approved, we'll proceed directly)
- Return Delivery: Your product will be sent back to your nominated address
- Total Timeline: The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeks from receipt of your drone

- We'll reach out with quotations, requests or warranty approvals during the process
- We'll notify you when your product is ready for collection/delivery

- I confirm the product information is correct and have backed up all data. I understand any data, accessories, or microSD cards may be lost or not returned, and D1 Store is not responsible for data loss.
- This submission is for initial assessment only and does not guarantee warranty approval. The product and information provided are subject to evaluation by D1 Store or the manufacturer.
- I understand products may be replaced with refurbished or new goods with different serial numbers. Water-damaged products will receive replacement service instead of repair.
