What to Expect - Service Timeline
  1. Assessment: Once we receive your drone, we'll provide an assessment within a few business days
  2. Quote & Approval: We'll send you a repair quote and proceed once payment has been received (or if warranty is approved, we'll proceed directly)
  3. Return Delivery: Your product will be sent back to your nominated address
  4. Total Timeline: The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeks from receipt of your drone

    • I confirm the product information is correct and have backed up all data. I understand any data, accessories, or microSD cards may be lost or not returned, and D1 Store is not responsible for data loss.
    • This submission is for initial assessment only and does not guarantee warranty approval. The product and information provided are subject to evaluation by D1 Store or the manufacturer.
    • I understand products may be replaced with refurbished or new goods with different serial numbers. Water-damaged items will not be accepted as a "Non Send" return.
    • I authorise D1 Store and DJI to store and process my flight logs, contact information, and device data as necessary for service.
